But Vargas moreso than Cotto

he beat mosley rock an unbeaten torres in a brawl takes on all the names no one would fight and beat clottey

he beat judah quintana
and fought margo at a time where not even floy would fight him in fact floyd turn down 8mil

He has beaten all the best welters around, no ducking like PBF. His only loss was with Margacheato & we all know about the plaster drama.
