Cotto IS NOT on the same level with Mosley. He barely beat a past it 36 year old Mosley. And Cotto was at his absolute peak when they fought unlike Vargas.
Cotto is inexperinced yet, he will prime in his 30s, unlike Vargas, Cotto boxes when you see him brawl and fight as a warrior is out of charactor. Cotto was once called "patinent, and well schooled beyound his years in the ring", now hes a dumb *** like Vargas, I'll give you that LOL

i get what ur trying to say...

but cotto ain't on hopkin's skill or status level and pac has already surpassed tito.

still, cotto is too big for pac.

That remains to be seen.Judging by the Clottey fight the cement beating he took from Margarito has afected him and he looks to be in question weather he is in his prime or not(what age you have in your prime is not important really).
What does it matter how he was called?Does that enhance his rep by any way?

Depends on this fight, they're were/are both being moved along pretty fast.

              But Vargas moreso than Cotto

Cotto: Torres, Malignaggim, Judah, Mosley, Margarito, Clottey, Pacquiao
Cotto has come out of that with one loss thats pretty impressive IMO

Vargas got the short straw IMO:
Tito, Oscar, Mosleyx2 (closer to prime), Wright, Quartey, Campas

thats how they acressed his fighting style, not a warrior, or cold blooded mexican brawler in there !! and Pull, he will fight past his 30s, if he stays active we still have 6 to 7 years more of Cotto.

There is no doubt Vargas was a very promising boxer, but i think that precisely that expectations from fans and the vicious ko from Tito transformed his achievements and possibilities into things of the past. As of Cotto's case, it's quite clear that he's been through some tough tests, but concluding that he is shot is quite premature since his only meaningful fight would have been quite a pain-in-the-ass even before marg.
