Gato is a quality little fighter make no mistake . his main problem with Bailey was his height, Gato too far on the outside for being the much much shorter fighter , you need to carry a heavy hand when your the smaller shorter fighter . He needs to match up with similar height IMO , and he do just fine

Cotto was floored three times by Figueroa in a sparring match and unfortunately, Arum witnessed the beat down. Arum was so upset with the KO that he recommended to the Cotto team to fire him on the spot.

I understand that Arum made a business decision to terminate the service of Figueroa that the KO might affect the salability of the fight.

I hope Cotto survive Pacquiao's onslaught on fight night.

I like Gato alot and have known him for years but for an article to insinuate that he was "putting it on" Miguel Cotto in sparring and therefore he got sent home is a lil bit of a stretch. It sounds like a clash in personalities or prob money.
