I saw Figueroa training at my gym today, as he occasionally does. He didn't appear to be busted up at all.

Oh really? did you ask him what was the reason why he was send home as the boxing partner of Miguel?

Can you ask him if he beat up Cotto in training?

If you think that was true then I've got a nice piece of real estate I'd like to sell you.

I understand that Arum made a business decision to terminate the service of Figueroa that the KO might affect the salability of the fight.

I hope Cotto survive Pacquiao's onslaught on fight night.

To be honest I really doubt you can. Prove me wrong.

I dont really talk to him much. I wasn't even aware he was a sparring partner for Cotto until today.

But, if the opportunity comes along, I'll ask him what sparring with Cotto was like.

                  I already know ...

Yo, Figueroa is my cousin. We talk just a couple of minutes from now and he said Cotto will destroy pac. He said he never seen him so concentrated and aware of what this fight means to him. But he believes this should be his easiest fight after Judtah, moestley and clottey. He also said cotto continue training afte clottey so hes not having any trouble with the weight. sorrry pac but this is as far as your bus goes.

But why was Figueroa sent home after only a week?

Name a hired sparring partner that says the "superhero" wasn't all that. Not even De La Joto's sparring partners said the Golden Goose was crap in preparation for PAC, lol.

And, as some of us already know, De La Joto freely admitted that he was getting his @ss handed to him in sparring, but did you ever hear his sparring partners say the same ****?
