The fact of the matter is that Ryan's win means nothing for he needed to cheat in order to beat Haney. He must be disqualified and suspended. In athletics if you get caught cheating you get disqualified and you must give back all medals and prize money you had won. If you can't compete clean then you better go and do something else for you aren't good enough. Period.
