I think cryan didnt really benefited off those extremely low levels to give haney a worst beatdown of his lifetime but a positive doping test needs to be punished with suspension regardless.

there is no consistency in boxing drug testing punishment & thats why so many are willing to chance their luck i would say with many not getting caught at all quite likely
