And tank is a great boxer now? The martin fight was pretty even until the ko. The drained Barrios fight was pretty even until the ko. The Cruz was fight was pretty even. I'm seeing the same parallels as wilder where he struggled with guys like spilzka, Washington, etc...before coming up with a ko. I think tanks competition has been a bit better but these guys aren't top flight guys. You are hoping tanks power bails him out against top guys but thats called having a punchers chance.

I think he knocks Marquez out tbh. Marquez always used to get clipped in fights. I think that’s a difficult style matchup for JMM.

Corrales was a big lightweight, could Tank handle that sort of size? I’m 50/50 on that one.

I’d pick Tank to beat Castillo.
Castillo was Cruz but bigger and better he clearly beat Floyd. Castillo beats Tank up.

I'm not hoping anything. That's just how Tank fights. When he turns it on you see the end result.

Did you hear Frank in the post-fight press conference talking about how good Tank is at setting traps?

We're seeing 2 different things in the ring from him.

Tank seems to be a ruthless finisher though. I’ve never seen him let anybody off the hook.

Given a MD? He easily beat Montano. Are you implying a robbery? Here's a quote from an article written about the fight "The final judges’ scores were 95-95, 99-91 and 97-93. I personally had Diaz winning every round of the fight and couldn’t see any rounds that were even slightly close."

Diaz was not a great fighter but he is way better than martin. Martin has no claim to being the champ at 135 like Diaz had. Martin has no top 10 wins like Diaz had.

You have your agenda that's clear. Diaz was setup for an easy Manny win...yet Diaz was better than literally anyone tank has ever fought(that wasn't drained) so by your own logic if Manny diaz was an easy setup fight then all of tanks fights are easy setup fights for him to win...right? Logically...

              I checked before I posted. He was #8 in ring 2008. He wasn’t #2.

Raving? I was pushing back against you and others that said Martin was a bum. Stop over exaggerating.

He won by MD. Your scores verify that.

You have got to be kidding. He beat Morales who had lost 3 in a row. MD Montaldo then Fed to Manny. You did the same BS last week claiming some TR guy had a hard road.

You are so biased it’s nauseating. Notice they swerved Raheem after he destroyed the Morales that beat Manny, but Diaz gets the fight after beating 3 loss in a row Morales.

lmfao. Diaz at the time Manny fought him wasn’t better than Pedrazza, Pitbull, Ryan or Martin.

No all of Tank’s fights aren’t easy setups. As many have called you out for- if he were Tankovich from Kazakhstan you’d be fine with his resume.

Díaz was the equivalent of Rolly- a promoter set up for an easy title win/ defense.

it so weird comparing a guy who wont even fight the best guys in his division to the best guys in other eras or even to anyone actually

i mean if u remember someone like ggg who actually had belts but was fighting & ko'ing what people saw were lower level guys, he got a bit of hype and the daggers were out for him for years and year, bumlovkin bumkiller & many other things, tank is way worse than him in this regard, its a funny sport i think like that

How would he have faired against Lightweights from other eras.

                  Manny Pacquiao at 135lbs
                  JMM at 135 lbs
                  Jose Luis Castillo at 135lbs
                  Diego Corrales at 135lbs

I genuinely think he loses to all four, but what do you guys think?
                  This is a hard one.

                  Tank has a high IQ.

He KOs Marquez only because Marquez sometimes sits in the pockets too long to let off his combos. A patient Marquez outboxes him

He KOs Pac. Just too smart for Pac...Pac squares up too much and gets out of position and Tank is quick and fast enough to capitalize.

Beats Castillo. Castillo has nothing that will trouble Tank

Corrales before Mayweather gives Tank issues, due to his range and power. Not sure how this one plays out.

That could change if he fight someone with power.
