And I still have to understand if Errol Spence Jr. has started to walk that path, already... Hope I'm wrong, though.

Pretty much this list, Gerald McClellan, SRL has been slurring his words just a little bit lately and of course most recently, Prichard Colon.

McClellan and Colon were seriously brain-damaged during a fight, but didn't show any sign of slurring before as far as I can recall.

Paul Williams, he was slurring even before his motorcycle accident
Brandon Rios was slurring his words too before he even retired
I wouldn't be surprised if Antonio Margarito is showing signs of slippage
Nick Blackwell is in real bad shape mentally
Magomed Abdusalamov has brain damage too

I don't think Paul malignaggi, or David haye will ever join this list

Yup. Ingo too. They both ran marathons in their 50s, and I suppose passed the goal line, not being affected until old age.

                  Wow.

you have to find his latest interviews. yes as he was mayor ect. he slurs his words now. He didnt when he last fought lewis and when i last seen him doing boxing interviews in that era.

                  2004:

                  recent:

i seen worse videos of him recent i cant find them. But you can see difference in his voice from 2004 to now, he was a lot clearer back then. You might not notice it without the accent if you just watched the recent video.

Cotto sounded bad last time I heard him. I don't speak Spanish but even I could tell his speech was noticeably slurred.

So many fighters die of dementia pugilistica from all the punches to the head during their careers. Yet it's amazing how some fighters remain sharp and coherent right to the end.

I remember when ESPN added Iran Barkley to their commentary team not too many years ago. It was sad to watch, he had been long gone prior to hiring him. I saw him at a IBHOF weekend and got an autograph, he was glassy eyed and obviously brain damaged at that time.
