Well, you just made that number up. How often did Floyd ever only throw 360 punches in a 12 round fight? I can't think of a single 12 round fight where he threw less than 400 punches. Most of the time well exceeding 400, closer to 500. Even Baldomir, one of his lesser active fights he threw close to 500 punches.

Against Miguel Cotto, at Jr MW, He threw close to 700 punches.

Which isn't "way less than average" for that weight class it's actually probably above average.
