Different state = different commission, different way of doing things. There are no uniform standards from state to state in the USA.

Took NYSAC nearly a year to change Joe Cusumano's win over Kownacki to a NC.

Right here! This is just another typical bullshit ruling by the NSAC because in all actuality; Who the fuck has ever heard of this guy no one?

He is an unknown. Who doesn't bring a lot of fans or money to the sport like Ryan Garcia potentially can. So who the fuck cares or need him? He won't be missed if he is permanently banned from the sport.

All I am saying is let's be just and fair. Let's save some of this same energy when the cash cows of boxing who are PED and drug cheats test dirty as well.
