I think they are equal. I have no idea who would win if they fought.

Holyfield fought in a better era of HWT’s. Usyk in a an era where they are much bigger but collectively not as skilled.

Only issue for me is Holyfield used PED’s. Usyk has not.

I feel there will always be a cloud of doubt and su****ion hanging over Holyfield's head (Evan Fields) with regard to PED use and how much that may have helped him. His best win at CW was Qawi 2x. he had better wins at HW than Usyk by a pretty far margin. Again, the PED cloud hovers over Holyfields head. Too much evidence that supports his usage. On paper, he has a better resume than Usyk, and if I had to bet money on one of them to win prime-for-prime I'd put my money on Holyfield.

They changed all the rules for Oleksandr Usyk. Initially the Cruiserwight division limit was 190 lbs. Now the weight limit is 200 lbs.

So my answer has to be Evander Holyfield. I have to rank him higher than Usyk at the moment. Besides, Evander is also a four time Heavyweight division titleholder.

No rules were changed for Usyk. The Cruiserweight limit was raised from 190lb to 200lb over 20 years ago.

Evander Holyfield actually has an argument to be ranked GOAT cruiserweight while also being ranked top 3 ATG HW depending on your criteria. His resume is highly stacked and his performances inside the ring solidfy how great he was.
