Bingo! You just made my point. Ostarine cannot be purchased off the open market or over the counter because both its manufacture, distribution and sell are all prohibited.

Which means that Ryan Garcia had to have deliberately, intentionally and willfully purchased them off the black market from a pusher who sold it to him.

Also, as far as the two recent athletes who had popped dirty for using Ostarine; It's possible. As some jurisdictions do allow for very small trace amounts of it to remain in an athlete's system.

However, The New York State Athletic Commission just so happens to not be one of them. Ostarine is on their banned list of substances. Just like it is with both WADA and VADA.

This is simply an after thought. Ryan Garcia was willing to do whatever it take to beat Haney, using performance enhancing substances was part and parcel of his strategy. A thief will never plead guilty when he gets caught. Ryan Garcia has been proven guilty twice with the A and B samples. So, Ryan Garcia is confirmed cheat. Period.

if he was cheating and filled out the form & had his contaminated supplements handy just incase he popped but now they were on a list instead of not, they would need to be backed up with close batch sealed supplements i would have thought regardless as just one tub being contaminated surely would be highly unlikely
No, all Team Ryan Garcia has to do is to prove his intent. That is the difference when it comes down to sitting in front of the New York State Athletic Commission. The question is whether he had taken them deliberately or accidently.

They need to know how did it get in his system. If he cannot provide a plausible excuse why they were there.
Then he would probably face a stiff fine and suspension.

In addition, he would probably have his boxing record expunged from a win over Devin Haney to either a NC or DQ. He has to provide an alibi which contains both proof and evidence that he did not do it deliberately.

However, so far he has yet to come up with one. His team of lawyers are still trying to find one. It's going to be very difficult task because Ryan took it on purpose.

But I thought his hair follicle test cleared him, GBP. Are we just going to totally forget they BS'ed that excuse in, then ran to this one when that one didn't work?

It was a combination of both.

It's not one or the other.

This is what ryan said at the start of may when the story broke

"Everybody knows that I don't cheat," the 25-year-old said
"Never taken a steroid. I don't even know where to get steroids at the end of the day, I barely take supplements. Big lies."

LOL he barely takes supplements, now hes just named 2 as his source

I just listened to Smellie Sechbach interview Ryans dad. The dude literally said, "when u drink milk, you don't know if it's expired!?!?" Like, wtf? I mean maybe I'm the odd 1 but I always check the label on milk before I use it.
