yes but the trace contamination excuse has worked for people, dillion whyte and bumgardner are two recent ones who used it i think & it worked for them, i dont think they provided any sort of proof either with close closed batches of their supplements also testing positive to back it up

This was a good attempt on his part, except that the supplements he sent for testing were unsealed.

If he sends properly sealed supplements that were declared on the VADA Doping Control Forms and they still test positive for ostarine then he has a strong case.

That's right! Those supplements were unsealed. Therefore, it becomes inadmissible evidence because they could have been easily tampered with.

However, I do agree with your overall assessment. If he did fill out a VADA form listing all the supplements that he was taking prior to the fight and if any of them had traces of Ostarine; Then yes, he would have a case.

However, I believe that he did no such thing.

this is the thing, at first the blame as conte and bill haney tainting the test due to them being affiliated with vada (conte), then the illuminati did it because of tru.mp, then he claimed all he took was ashwagandha and no other supplements, then the hair follicle test proved he had nothing in system, now these tests are proving he did indeed pop dirty; but it was because of tainted supplements... they send the supplements RYAN took and they tested positive for the banned substance, so this is why he was dirty correct?... pretty much this will all lead to a slap on the wrist but why are yall still blaming conte?

This sounds like nothing than more bullshit coming from Team Ryan Garcia. All these dopers use the same cross contamination excuse; Once they are caught popping dirty while detoxing and cycling off the substance. As they have very small traces of it still remaining in their system.

These guys just don't listen and never learn man! That they would never be able to circumvent a WADA or VADA testing protocol for doping. No matter how manty times they try because their tests are so stringent.

The fact is the substance is illegal and is banned by both: WADA, VADA and The New York State Athletic Commission as well as globally; Especially in competition.

There's no way one can purchase that substance off the open market or over the counter because its manufacture, sell and distribution are all prohibited.

Since everyone by default cries 'contamination', why don't they just make it: they were positive or they weren't. Make intention irrelevant. As elite athletes, if they have been contaminated, should take responsiblity anyway.

if he was cheating and filled out the form & had his contaminated supplements handy just incase he popped but now they were on a list instead of not, they would need to be backed up with close batch sealed supplements i would have thought regardless as just one tub being contaminated surely would be highly unlikely

Also a more obvious point- people know who Victor Conte is. Why bring that association into your team? It doesn't look good in the first place. So you must really want his expertise to be worth it. And we know his expertise is in doping. It's not an unfair assertion.

ok well that could be true about conte but now that the supplements RYAN took were tainted; conte shouldn't be brought up anymore. were these supplements RYAN took submitted to vada before all of this? I thought he only took ashwagandha? anyway, its just a continual narrative shift. if the supplements were tainted then I'm sure they will need to order those supplements and see if an unsealed bottle tested for traces of the substance and then ryan can keep his win and get a slap on the wrist... as far as ryan and his money i dont know; im just focusing on the facts of the case.

if someone like ryan is using supplements then its quite likely he should have more than 1

if he has more than 1 then he can submit it for testing

what would be the point of unsealing more than 1 supplement at a time anyway
