Idk about the threw away part of Frampton's statement, but the fight was super close even with that 9th rd to not assume the rematch winner will be obvious.

I do suspect the betting line favors Usyk more next time initially & towards fight night. Maybe Usyk walks in the ring at -150 to -200 instead of as a +140ish dog like he did Saturday after the fight being a virtual pickem for months.

Leading up to the build up of the fight; I said that Usyk was too fundamentally sound of a boxer for Fury to try to out box from a distance and I was right.

The style that Fury implemented on Saturday against Uysk had become obsolete since 2015. First, he had a Draw with Deontay Wilder using that style and now he has suffered the very first defeat of his career with that style. Wilder dropped him twice using that style and Usyk damn near stopped him with that style.

Fury must understand that he no longer has those 26 and 27 year old legs anymore. When he fights like that now he often gasses, gets tired clipped or dropped to the canvas by the 9th round. His body is too old to fight like that for twelve rounds now without getting clipped or dropped to the canvas.

When Fury fights backing up; Occasionally he becomes fatigued, too stationary of a target and flat-footed; With no upper or lower body movement at all. Which often leaves himself both vulnerable and exposed by allowing his opponents to get the full extension on their punches off.
Tyson Fury cannot ever beat Oleksander Usyk. Unless he goes for the 7th fight against Derek Chisora, Fury will never win a fight again. He gets credit for ending Deontay Wilder's career.

This is basically 'he was winning until he wasnt'. What a dumb a$$ to have this fight a draw without the knockdown too. The guy shouldn't be analysing fights.

Referry got mad money from his excellency to save Fury from a KO on the 9th, giving that 20 second count down. They wanted that AJ VS FURY for all belts so bad. USYK PREVAILED

I think a 2nd fight with Fury will NOT play like the 2nd Fight with AJ, where he fought better but Usyk was still able to make adjustments.
Fury now KNOWS that Usyk can hurt him, and hurt him probably worse than anybody has before. That beating Fury took in the 9th was worse than any 1 punch KD that Fury has ever suffered, he couldn't even raise his hands to defend himself. I doubt he wants to risk more.

If there is a rematch, I suspect an overly cautious Fury in a UD win for Usyk which will look a lot like rounds 1-3, where Fury was just backing away jabbing and Usyk chasing, landing the more consequential punches and edging the round.

Just Frampton saying he had it 6-6 shows his bias. No damn way Fury won 6 rounds.

Isn't the most likely scenario that Fury goes on a huge bender and either isn't prepared for an October bout, or comes in under-prepared? That may have been the most well prepared Fury we'll ever see again. He has hard miles on his body, and isn't exactly mentally stable.

Hmm, everyone is entitled to their opinion, however real time excuses coming from Frampton, I thought Olek was in control the entire fight, the amount of pressure he put on Tyson was gnarly.. the smaller heavyweight walking down the bigger heavyweight? No excuses, that big man stuff is quite annoying in my favor.. took Uysk sum rounds to take away Fury's jab, but once he did, it was only a matter of time. Funny what should of been a stoppage stuff didn't happen.. it be like that. Great win for champion in Olek Uysk. Took some to give some and came out his way. No more excuses for the gypsy king, he'll comeback he's been through worst in the public eye. Boxing is on fire! enjoy mates..Peace, blessings, and understanding I wish all.

Each time Fury went to the body, he hurt Usyk visibly and Usuk got on his horse. Then after Round 7, he stopped going to the body. Sugar Hill is to blame. Fury needed a cornerman in the back half of the fight. Instead, he had a cheerleader who didn't want to offend Fury's feelings and jeopardize future checks.
