  • Carl is right, Fury was well on his way to victory and let his foot off the gas, and you can't do that against a fighter like Usyk.

If Fury sorts his corner and tactics out, he can win a rematch.

I've scored the fight. I had it 7-5 Fury with 4ish rds iirc that you could argue for either guy making it a....drumroll please....close fight.

Idk how else to break that down to you. I think if I gave every close rd to Usyk I'd have your locked in, coveted & impossible to be any closer in your opinion 8-4 Usyk card tho in my defense. I just don't believe the closest possible score is 8-4 Usyk.
Even Frank Warren didn't give as many rounds to Tyson as you did. I've seen enough to know that you know this sport, but we clearly see very different things when we watch fights. No point in examining it further. Usyk by KO in the rematch.

It was literally that punch that won him the entire fight. If you take away that round, it wasn't quite dominating considering nearly everyone had it 50/50 up until the end. For me, it flowed like, Usyk rds 1-3, Fury, 4-8, Usyk 9-12 with some swing rounds mixed in those buckets. I'm just describing how I saw the major ebb and flow in relation to the rds.
You really gave Fury the 8th round?

Probably not. As I stated, I just put buckets of rounds to indicate the back and forth and where I feel like each guy was strongest, but didn't necessarily mean they won the rd. If I take away the rds entirely, it went something like, Usyk kicked off the fight well, Fury came back strong, Usyk made adjustments to counter Fury and they both more or less fought the final rd.
