Mayweather's entire sales pitch relies on him being "the man you want to see get beat." When he fought Gatti he made himself "the enemy" in order to attract publicity. It's his entire PR strategy... he acts like a douche so people will want to see him lose. Then they buy tickets and PPV to see this happen.

He has "haters" (a word that only two-year-olds say) because he WANTS "haters". It's good for business.

Floyd Mayweather hasnt changed and has been pulling the same tacitics in protecting his undefeated record. In Mayweather beating Corrales, that fight was his legit win. I just want Mayweather to step up in fighting someone who is the BEST! You know who those fighters are....
