oscar and floyd were supposed to rematch at 147. floyd pulled out and oscar decided to continue fighting at 147. why did he do that? well he had just lost a close fight with floyd who was considered the best fighter in the world so beating a little pacquiao seemed easy to him.

Most considered it a duck that he didn’t take the Margarito fight at the time and Pacquiao was viewed as way too small.
