He weighs just under 160 on fight night, not 170. You're mixing him up with Clottey.

No-one was forcing it on him. He has weighed 146 on several occassions as a WW, I don't think it's too much to ask for 1lb more. Bhop/Oscar Delahoya fight - there was a 2lb difference; the same difference was seen in the Whitaker/Chavez fight.
ok thats very nice, but it still doesnt take the fact that team Pac is draining Cotto. why fight Oscar at 147 and not fight Cotto at 147??
i love it when pac fans try to answer this question lol

Roach game plan is not working . He wants to play with Cotto's mind but is not working . Did you guys hear anything from Cotto's camp ? No ! They just training hard. Roach have a new comedy every single day . There just worried. They request a catch weigh of 145 when Manny already fough Oscar in 147 . They request a 24x24 ring when the normal ring is 18x18. Anyway the Nevada comission didn't approved and they gonna fight in a 20x20. Now Roach wants to intimidate Cotto in the body punching attack. How many more excuses we gonna hear from this guy until fight night.

Oscar fought Forbes at 150, so what your trying to tell me is that Roach is purposely draining Cotto, got it

Just one solid shot by Cotto to pac's below the belt is enough to put down Pac! Well, that's not a good excuse, if found intentional and repetitious, Cotto should be DQd outrightly!

Though low blows happens, i don't remember Pac did this. IMO, if the fighter is as clean as Pac, there would be no accidental throw as like that.

freddies really getting annoying; too much is too much already freddy. i was kidding when i said a couple of weeks ago how hes starting to show signs of the parkinson's desease but now i really think hes losing it. cotto's only fight to have hit a couple low blows was against judah. u cant name me another fight where cotto hit low blows. not even against margarito, mosley, gomez, quintana, jennings or clottey. so i dont know WTF freddie's talking about unless hes just trying to get in whoever ref's head & get him to take points away from cotto. in other words hes actually calling cotto a dirty fighter..infact i really do hope cotto low blows pac's ass ateast once just 4 making that comment. & knowing this idiot of freddy roach hell most likely go & try to get them to impose a new rule for low blows where the first time u low blow ur disqualified.....think im kidding? watch, hes already changed rules, got the wbo to rank pac in the top ten with only one fight at welter(oscar)& that fight wasnt even a championship fight. even had counterfeit belts made. & forced cotto to put the belt on the line even though its a catchweight fight. the thing that sux the most about waiting 5 more weeks till fight night are all the roach interviews.........
