Once a fighter has become a Undisputed Champion, they fight to stay at that level 'Haney is still the WBC 140 pound Champion, Garcia did not beat Haney under Championship conditions. Out of the two fighters, Devin Haney was the only fighter who trained and competed under Championship conditions' If people are honest boxing fans and analyst, you should not overlook this factor.

But in terms of what will be Haney's next move after the Garcia fight? I have been one of the people calling for a rematch between Gracia & Haney.

If everyone is honest, Ryan Garcia vs Devin Haney was not a equal fight 'Garcia did not make the 140 pound Weight Limit. Garcia is not the Champion, and he did not beat Haney under Championship conditions'.

Ryan Garcia and Devin Haney did not train or complete under the same conditions 'Garcia appears to have consciously made a decision not to make the 140 pound weight limit. Garcia missed the weight by almost 4 pounds, which is quite a distance'.

This is elite level boxing, those factors will have a effect upon performances..

Note: Ryan Garcia's win was a great performance for him 'But nobody really can rate it as one of the best wins of this era. Because it was not a equal fight'.

I definitively for sure, think the rematch should be made 'And for the rematch, Ryan Garcia has to beat Devin Haney in a equal fight, under Championship conditions. Because that is how Champions conduct themselves'.

I am content that Garcia won the fight against Haney, because he has been consistently making fights which he could most likely avoid 'The win is a great win for Garcia and universal perception his abilities'.

But Ryan Garcia has still not achieved the feats which would elevate him into being a genuine great fighter of this era 'Garcia's best win of his career thus-far is against Devin Haney, and the fight was not a equal fight'.

All the ingredients are there, for the rematch between Ryan Garcia and Devin Haney to be made 'And the second fight, in terms of historical significant is a more important fight then the first contest'.

Devin Haney has already in his career proven that he is a good Champion 'But if Haney wants to be rated as a great Champion. He has to make the rematch against Ryan Garcia'.

It is during these moments and challenges of a fighters career 'Where you see the difference between great fighters, and all-time great fighters' etc.

Why don't You explain your Racial Comments about Haney's Religion & suggest he choose a Non fasting religion
        Smh
I would be absolutely delighted to explain these comments to u

First of all ramadan has only just ended, devin was fasting & eating at irregular times, assuming he actually a serious practicing ******, but thats another top as well, his natural routine & rhythm would have been disrupted leading to a deterioration in overall sharpness and wellbeing which manifested itself in the ring that night

This is just the simple & quick explanation & if any more clarification is needed dont hesitate to ask as im always willing to explain things to others who are not very good at understanding things

        you're welcome

Haney has gotten physically bigger. He's gotten stronger. He is at a time physiologically where your man strength comes in. So I do think he got stronger since 135. I also think cutting down that weight had an effect on his strength as well.

Buddy You're making all Assumptions in your Post
First thing first I Don't need You to explain to me what Ramadan is all about
              I know it well
              2nd thing
Devin Haney never commented or complained that his Religion had anything to do with affecting his training for the Garcia Fight
              Soooo
Why would you even mention it?
I wanna know why You are the only person that made a Racist post suggesting that Haney give up his religion
              Your comments were very Racist

He didn't beat Lopez when he had all the belts. He cherry picked and jumped on Kambosos. He never fought any real punchers for a reason and you see why. His chin was suspect and he has no power. Also it was his 2nd fight at 140. Yet we're talking like he was weight drained. It didn't matter.
I repeat - say what you will but he fought 6 former world champions before he fought Garcia without the backing of major US promoter. Who else is there at his age (25) did the anything close?

Seriously the ‘leftovers” are EXACTLY the guys people avoid because they are high risk, low reward.

And his first fight moving up was Regis Prograis who is hardly feather fisted. You can literally take any fighter current or past and nitpick them having won against fighters past prime or lower weights etc etc but at some point the data betrays your argument.

Resumes are relative and based on sanctioning body rankings, world champion challengers or former title holders - Haneys resume hold up against the best.

Yes he doesnt have punch resistance or power it seems so i wont pretend i dont have my doubts but he took risks no one else took when he had most to lose as he has no promoter and hasnt cashed out. Credit where its due.

His last KO was Antonio Moran in 2019! I just can't see him becoming a threat @ 147! Bud was knocking people out @ 135, 140, and 147, so I could see him knocking out people @ 154! Then I thought Devin was going to have a Mayweather defense? Nah, not so fast! Floyd would've never been hit by that left hook after the first round! So I just can't see any success for Haney @ 147. I hope he proves me wrong! He really has no choice but to go to 147, because the weight cut is killing him!

I get what your saying but that fight would be a snoozefest.
