Whyte, but I still think Wilder would have put him on the highlight reel.

Well we will never know because Wilder avoided top 10 opponents his whole 40 years.

I would say they are about the same. I have always wanted to see them fighting.

          Those Oldtiz W's look good
          Both are trash
          The whole div is trash

I feel Wilder would have sent Whyte flying across the ring.

Neither guy will impress anyone with their boxing prowess, but, Wilder has the bigger punch.

In their respective primes I don't know who would have won. Whyte could box and was heavy handed. He would have outboxed Wilder just as every decent heavyweight would. Whether he could stop him before Wilder landed is the question. The same question from every Wilder fight.

Best wins on the resume? It's Whyte.

Defending a title has merit though. Even if it's against an underwhelming set of opponents.

While I can't deny the fact that Dillian Whyte is a professional boxer, I still dispute the claim that 'Whyte could box'.

He's always been a sluggish pressure fighter. Slow feet, doesn't have a great jab or control of distance. He puts the opponent on the back foot, then tries to duck under one of their shots and come up with a left hook. His skillset is as limited as Wilder's.

Oh man, been a while since we did a classic Wilder propaganda thread.

Wilder 10-2-1 (9 KO) in world championship bouts.

Whyte 0-1-0 (1 KO) in world championship bouts.
