Joshua is still the same guy as befor thhe first Ruiz fight. I think he goes panic mode again when somebody strong starts landing.
Hrgovic is slow and robotic, sure, but Joshua is not some defensive wizard either.
I think Sanchez and Kabayel would have a good chance against Hrgovic.
No you are the one constantly underrating Joshua by trying to be a boxing hipster and name dropping all these other guys who are all around the same age as AJ with approx 1/10 of his achievements amongst them.
Very obvious to spot, oh you forgot to mention Jalalov BTW.
I think AJ has learned from that Andy 1 fight.
He's not a very good boxer but he does have an idea of how to box
He also has power.
His chin isn't that bad considering Andy needed a ton of punches (legal and illegal) and help from a ref to end to fight.
Has he been rocked lately ?
Joshua is definitely in a better place than after the Ruiz defeat, and probably the Usyk defeats as well.
But boxing is also mental. It is possible (not likely, just possible) that a well-placed Hrgovic shot might cause AJ's fears to rear their ugly heads.
However, the same is valid in reverse. Hrgovic was almost losing his mind while fighting Zhang (though it was probably due to his dad's recent death). And if he's caught by a punch similar to the one who executed Ngannou, that would spell "good night" exactly in the same way.
I still favor AJ to win, but now the fight is more interesting than before.

Andy ending AJ still makes people gasp. For good reasons but they should move on.
Nothing about Filip impresses me.
Same here, at the end of the day. It's more Joshua's fight to lose than Hrgovic's to win. As I said several times in past threads, I see Hrgovic just slightly above the B/C-level heavyweights. Guido Vianello and the likes, I mean, you get the picture.
