It could be a hot take, unpopular opinion, popular opinion, concern, question, whatever.

There’s no criteria, other than it has to be on topic (boxing).

Also “or even discussing them”. We are discussing the topic. It’s a discussion thread about an opinion. It’s being discussed.

I’m one of Mayweather’s biggest fans here on boxingscene, historically. Not to toot my own horn, but i’m top 5 for sure. Ask Battlingnelson. I’m one of his most longest lasting and consistent fans.

When fans were talking about how Pac KO’ed Hatton, DLH and Cotto, I said styles make fights and Mayweather still schools Pacquiao. That was my opinion then. No Mayweather fan went against me or demanded I change my opinion. And I still feel that way.

Now my opinion is that Mayweather should’ve pushed hard to destroy McGregor, an MMA fighter, in a couple of rounds. Mayweather vs McGregor should have looked like Mayweather vs Manfredy.

Mayweather’s always been undersized. That was nothing new to him. He KO’ed many massive opponents (compared to him). Corrales, Manfredy, Ortiz, Hatton, Hernandez (to name a few) were all bigger than Mayweather on fight night by 15+ or more. And these were actual professional boxers.

Mayweather should have tried harder in that fight. That was a damn MMA fighter with 0 pro fights for god’s sake.
