We know for a fact that passing a random drug testing procedure does not necessarily prove someone isn't taking PEDs. We literally know that as a fact. So the fact Floyd passed a one doesn't prove anything at all.

Hearsay, he refused testing FACT, he said on record it made him weak FACT, he forced Rios to take the tests he refused FACT these are actions not hearsay. the hearsay parts are on record by the people that said it, its all relative to the question was Manny on PEDS.

Already been over why saying the test makes him feel weak, and then still being willing to do the test whilst feeling weak is irrelevant. It's possibly the weakest example of something being passed off as evidence that I've ever seen in my life.

Secondly, it's not trivial. You said he said something that he did not say. That is the long and short of it. What someone else said is irrelevant. Maybe Bob Arum dies during trial? What then? It's irrelevant.
