We have no evidence that Pacquaio used PEDs in his career. You admitted that yourself in this very thread, right? So I'm not sure where you're getting confused on that one.

My opinion is Pacquaio used PED's for the vast majority of his career. That's just my opinion on it, I can't prove that, because, there's no evidence that he used PEDs. But, if we're talking what my opinion is then it would be that he used PEDs. I think the chances of that are very high.
