So you're saying people said Floyd Mayweather was using PEDs?
So is that not evidence that Floyd used PED's like you're saying it is for Pacquaio then?
Which one is it, is it evidence or isn't it?
I think you might want to take a nap and try again on this stuff if I'm being honest. Your grasp on what qualifies as evidence is totally out.
The basis of an imaginary Manny trial is on the point of him refusing.
The basis of an imaginary Floyd trial is on fans saying he is on PEDS is what your offering, the evidence of 2 passed tests both sides of the fluids and the volume given would prove he wasn't, what could prove Manny wasn't when he wasn't tested at the time he refused, Floyd was and passed.

Not really. Pacquaio underwent random blood testing without cut off dates plenty of times in his career.
But regardless, it's still not evidence that he took PEDs. You said there's evidence, when, there isn't.
In regards to other pro boxers who refused random drug testing. Off the top of my head I don't think there is one. Do you have a point with that?Comment

I literally in plain English, JUST SAID that in my opinion, the chances that Pacquaio used PED's during his career is very likely. You understand English, right? You read that part where I said that? So how do you then conclude that I'm saying the opposite to what I literally just said?
The fact that there's a possibility that Pacquaio didn't use PEDs, which, there objectively is, has no bearing on my personal opinion that he more than likely did.Comment

Still none the wiser on what your point is here.Comment

People can say what they want but in trial they have to prove where it comes from.
The basis of an imaginary Manny trial is on the point of him refusing.

If Floyd was using that very questionable IV to mask PEDs then the two negative drug tests are totally irrelevant and prove exactly zilch.
Right and him refusing a drug testing procedure is not proof of PED use. Thus the point.Comment

In reference to the Manny is scared of needles remark in the press, by the look of it came from Arum.
“Four years ago, Manny's not afraid of needles. He's never been afraid of needles. Bob made that **** up to make sure that the first fight didn't happen, so write that,” Ariza told FightHype.com,
