All those dudes won legitimate world titles at some point in their careers. He also fought contenders like:
Austin Trout (Trout was the champ, not a contender, and I think he beat Canelo in a close fight)
John Ryder (old, domestic level fighter)
To me, Canelo's only impressive wins are:
2nd GGG fight (though, that could have gone either way - but it was a really good performance)
Callum Smith
Billy Joe Saunders
Caleb Plant
With all the rest, you have to add an asterisk, like you did, Elastic Recoilz (old/past prime opponent, rehydration clauses, weight bullying, corrupt judging).
Canelo is a very good fighter, but not great. If you're great you don't need to stack the scales to win. What would his win-loss record be had he not stacked the scales?
