I have a strong feeling Zhang will rematch Parker in China later this year to revenge the loss which is coming soon.

I just don`t see Zhang beating much faster Parker.

i know styles make fights but i find it hard to see how parker could lose to joyce and then beat the guy who absolutely annihilated joyce.... i just think he came up against a wilder who (whilst overrated in the first place) just came to pick up the saudi money

The entire forum was asking how Parker could beat Wilder when slow Joyce was hitting him and stopped him . Go back to the threads you’ll be hard pressed to find more then 3 ppl picking Parker excluding myself.

Parker should win if it gets to mid rounds . Zhangs legs are going to slow and if Parker can win half the early rounds he’s got the better engine , the better preparation for this and he’s once again more active then his opponent who’s done very limited rounds recently . I got Parker I coukd see Zhang activating his rematch clause that’s assuming this does get to late rounds which I think it will .

Parker couldn't stay off the canvas vs. the sloth Joyce. He won't see the hook after Zhang's left.

There was something wrong with Parker in that fight - he gassed out by round 4. Yet, it took 11 to KO him. And it seems like Parker took a note after that fight. He is a man prone to slow down after passing half the fight, but I think Zhang tires more after that. So if Parker can survive so long in bad shape against Joyce, probably he will make it against Zhang and even win, rather on points.

Parker just need to make it to the 6th round and he should win this. Zhang hits a wall at that mark.

Zhang probably will slow right down after 6 rounds or so. But he has shown he can survive and go 12 rounds after slowing. He has a good chin and knows how to fight tired.
My prediction is - Big **** keeps Big Joe at bay with powerfull, accurate counters to build up an early lead. Parker comes on strong after Zhang hits the wall, but it won't be enough. Zhang will hang in there till the end and win by close decision.
