You know those afro boys and the ones that simp for them, complain about Canelo and who he does or doesn't fight, meanwhile suck each other off when talking about Crawduck and his abysmal career and once a year fight status.
Why wou.d the cash cow and pounf for pound best retire?? Just because a hater like you says so ? In that case Crawford should have retired a long time ago, only facing no names except in his last fight and fighting once a year. Let me guess you are Afro, and therefore cheer for your fighters. Canelo and any champion can fight any ranked oponent wether he has a name or not, sometimes guys with no names are better....Paquiao was not known on the States and was a beast.Comment

Morrell is leaps, and bounds more exciting than Lara. Maybe he should make his fighting base Cuba, or believe it or not Mexico!
The Mexican's supported Jose "Mantequilla" Napoles, when he was fighting out of Mexico, and Morrell isn't your typical Cuban box first, punch later, fighter.
He's got that explosive knockout power, that certain followers of the sport love to watch explode on their opponent's.
I'm telling you if he fought more often fight fans wouldn't be able to ignore him, because he would be on the top of their mind's, due to his repeated exposure!
I hated Lara's style of fighting, he thought he was still in the amateurs, as good as he was he was boring as hell, Morrell's fighting style blows him out of the water!
Lets see where Morrell is at in another 5 fight's, and he'll have gotten there 3 year's earlier if he had only fought 3 times a year, instead of the anemic 2 times he fights currently a year!

I think the fans are now asking "WHO" has he beaten, and not how often he fights! If he can't get he quality opponents, they'll say, "Oh he only fights bums!"

And it's been YEARS since either the WBC or WBO mandated theirs.
Yes, Canelo has apparently defended his WBO twice, vs Ryder who was mandatory, and then the WBO president said that the GGG fight also satisfied their mandatory requirements, I guess since he was the Super champion the division down.
WBA hasn't been satisfied since Smith v Canelo. WBC was last satisfied by Canelo v Yildirim. IBF was last satisfied by Canelo v Plant (maybe?). The last time I recall an official IBF mandatory was Plant v Feigenbutz. Not sure if Truax was a mandatory. So Canelo has defended his WBC and WBO belts, but has never defended IBF or WBA.Comment

P4P? Really? He's a fraud, you can't be a P4P if you're not beating good opponents, like benavidez, Morell jr, or bivol who he offered to come down to 168 and he refused. The rider's charlos of the world wouldn't do it. Deal with it, he's a fraud.

Yeah, none of us are throwing enough shade at Benavidez for not making weight. Canelo wouldn't have been able to go undisputed without going through him had he done what he should have. So, while Canelo and the alphabet bodies are responsible for the current situation, Benavidez and his team are to blame as well.Comment

I'm pretty sure now that if he'd stayed in possession of the WBC belt that Canelo would have stayed longer at MW and fought some rando mandos instead. Might have gotten GGG 3 earlier, or Charlo when he was still pretending to be a lion. Maybe Benavidez would have been the first undisputed champion, or, more likely, they'd all be fighting mandatories and not each other. There's only a few guys who routinely make the big fights, and they're mostly at the lower weight classes that Western fans don't follow. Most of the "glamour" divisions are full of champs who don't unify and become very inactive when they get a belt.

Yep. Or Canelo would have pursued the easiest cruiserweight champion (as he already wanted to do) and bridgerweight and then he would have used some tuck shorts and went for a transgender belt that the WBC made up for the occasion.
