Who would've thought the 'blocking punches with your face' wasn't a viable defense.

I thought this pierogi punching bag had retired. He went all the way to Poland to get stopped in 1 round. That's pretty sad. He has a young kid. Hang them up and find a new trade before you're a drooling vegetable and can't watch your kid grow up.

In other notable action in Poland, debutant and former MMA competitor Marcin Sianos was thrown out and disqualified in the second round against Artur Bizewski when he tackled Bizewski to the canvas and started to ground-and-pound his opponent, with elbows – in a boxing match. Bizewski is now 9-0 (4 KOs) while Sianos is 0-1.
What a fscking shyt show oh my goodness... I was wondering when some MMA guy was going to go back to their instincts like that.

Man needs to retire. The egg has been cracked so to speak.

Once upon a time he was counted along side the bests. There should be scientific study how quickly punch resistance detoriates.

As much as I hate pissing on another man’s parade but Adam Kownacki was an overhyped piece of garbage to begin with. He was a very limited overachiever.

For example: He often fought when he was outta shape. In addition, he used to eat way too many punches which inevitably helped ruined and shortened his career.

Now he is just mere washout of his former self.

Should it come as any surprise though? When we factor in the amount of weight he often fought at and the amount punches he used to eat; It’s no wonder why he had such a short career?

Yeah he was always smoke and mirrors to some degree, and the style he had didnt have much longevity to it. He was entertaining to watch though, high volume, decent power and his chin was good...until it wasnt.

                  Joyce/Kowancki would have been fun.
