I'm happy to engage anyone in rational debate, but if you're going to insist that I am the one who deflects and evades questions, then you really must respond to my direct questions yourself, instead of completely disregarding valid points and then repeating your same question that I already addressed. Otherwise, it all becomes a waste of time. Most importantly, we must stay on a focused topic. Drifting and perpetually modifying the issue (or outright strawmanning my arguments) is exasperating and exhausting. I try to keep an open mind and accept that there are different and valid viewpoints, style preferences, etc, but too often I find myself engaging with people who insist that their own bizarre, biased speculations are 'facts' or who flippantly dismiss the achievements of objectively elite fighters.

I'm not any kind of fanboy of Canelo's (I've criticized him plenty), but neither am I blind to what he's achieved. Canelo's resume is widely regarded as the best in the sport by knowledgeable fans. That means it compares favorably to every other active fighter in the sport. He has fought more champions than anyone else, and every other opponent since he became champion has been a top 10 contender or better. Your silly and endless 'write me a list' game isn't something that I'm going to indulge. You seem to believe that just because you don't like the order in which he fought his opponents or that an opponent of his moved up or down in weight, or that his opponent had a recent poor performance then that means Canelo's career is a fraud. Well, then that means everyone in this sport is a fraud. As I've said to many other people on this forum who look to discredit accomplished fighters, if you are inclined to find asterisks in ANY fighter's resume, you will find them. There is always some wrinkle, some issue to criticize. That's the life of the miserable critic.

I'm not the one using strawman arguments. Don't gaslight me after doing exactly that and deflecting because you know the truth isn't on your side when i asked which fighters Canelo fought that had no funny business attached to it. You still haven't named any. Why? Because nearly all have funny business attached. If you're looking for other fighters who do likewise, they exist in North America. It's cheating, plain and simple, as well as being degrading cowardice. I don't care how you want to polish it up as. It's the absolute truth.

How many fighters can you name that intentionally do nothing but make sure their opponents are at their weakest before taking them on that are not American or Mexican? I'd love to see you try and pain a narrative that i'd be only too happy to correct. In the US and Mexico though? Damn, where do you want me to start. The corruption stinks to high heaven too.

As for Canelo's resume... It stinks when it's all calculated and fraudulent. Nothing really on there that stands as legitimate. Anyone could cheat their opponents and create a perception. Estrada didn't come close to beating Gonzales twice. They were grotesque robberies. But i'm not surprised you defend them.
