He is just thinking about the money. Dude wants to skip steps and jump into mega fights against big names.

There are no big names for him at this point. Thurman said only Tim Tszyu offer came, nothing from Ennis. And Thurman was the money fight they wanted. Crawford is not even a money fight considering the huge money Bud would ask for that fight. Benn would be a money fight for him in the UK, but he's not interested. Bottom line is he needs to fix his inactivity issue and fight whoever they can get.

I don't see anything special about Conor Benn, other than he has a father who could fight.

I don't care if Ennis fights him so long as he can find a fight with someone at least as good, which shouldn't be difficult but seems to be.

Benn isn't any threat to Boots

I don't even know where this Benn Hype is coming from, I don't know ANYONE who actually rates the guy, even the UK casuals know he's just an average guy who was temporarily a bit above average because of PED use.

Hearn is a ****ing mastermind if you ask me because he has created this illusion that Connor Benn is somehow some sort of star with actual relevancy when nothing could be further from the truth.

At BEST if Benn gets really, really lucky and there's a very, very weak belt holder at some stage who happens to have a style that is just perfectly suited to Benn, then he may become a very weak belt holder for a minute.

But his name is not on the same level as these other guys he keeps getting mentioned with and it never will be.

Conner Benn has middling talent and a fairly low ceiling.

I wouldn't make a thread about this fight if Ennis got lots of options.

Reminder again. Ennis claims he needs to fight 3-4 times a year.

In reality Jaron Ennis has no business chasing PBC fighters like Crowley or Barrios like he's been doing even after Showtime had left boxing. Why would Haymon give his overmatched guys to him? He still won't sign with PBC. What's the point? Ennis is a free agent and should be looking for fights everywhere not just in the PBC stable.

Boots is full of chit just like his nuthugging fans who claim that Bud fughin Crawford is avoiding or ducking him lmfao
You got morons like Leicesterage who claim chit like this just to hear their own voice and when questioned , they won’t even reply because unfortunately it’s lies on top of lies
Not to take anything away from Boots , anyone can see the man is talented but that is all we know
He’s never been tested and hasn’t fought the upper echelon
His Father seems a true fight and both of them answer anyone who wants to test him , that they are not at par to Boots
Might as well retire and let his fans spread it on thick cause in the end , that is all they got
                Nothing more

Haymon is known to not give anything for free , meaning if Boots lands a fight with a fighter of his , he will demand that he be entitled to Boots’s next fight , same as he’s done with Bud

Reminiscent of ward when he was with HBO and ward kept trying to fight bums and HBO said no you have to fight good fighters. Lawsuit commenced and ward got exposed by his own promoter who said the good fights were there but ward didn't want to do them. Ward tricked HBO with a couple crappy fights like drained dawson but they kicked him off thankfully

They probably want to see him continue with what he's been doing for the last 2 years. Wait around, sit around, do nothing, wait for offers to be handed to him on a silver platter, talk cheap on social media and claim nobody wants to fight him...
