I believe Canelo will fight him still. Promoter is just mad that he's not next.

I'm more hoping than thinking this is true. If i were PBC, Benevidez would be the 3rd fight of the 3 fight contract. If Canelo loses the first or the second fight, there is a lot less shine for the fights that come after.

David's purse was 1.3 million and he said the check cleared. Ennis is in no position to demand purses when given a once in a lifetime opportunity to be stopped by Crawford. 1.3 is more than fair. He didn't want the fight, all cap. As noted at least Oscar was honest that he wasn't putting Vergil in the ring with Crawford.
