You would be better off just saying your lied at this point.
Whatever "challenges" you think I have are not nearly as challenging as what your lame, defunct, or non-existent boxing promotional company have. Bozy Ennis is clearly a lot smarter and successful than you've ever in the boxing business.
Ao everyone but yourself are wrong ?
I have one question ; how the fugh do you live with yourself ?
Must be truly hard and very demanding
Have a nice day and please don’t waste any of my time as I have told you before life is just to damn short to deal with ignorance

That goes for a court of law, an internet forum, or at a Barbeque. That's just how the burden of proof works.
Of course. That is standard practice and procedure.
If someone makes a claim, the burden of proof is on them to provide evidence as to why it's true.
It's not a matter of demanding proof, it's simply just the burden of proof when making a claim.
So then if I say "I'm hungry", I need to make an appointment with a gastrologist, and get a stomach scan for my claim to have any validity?
Got it.
And I noticed you had no comment about Joseph immediately trying to downplay the link to the interview where Ennis pops admits to rejecting negotiations for a Crawford fight. As expected.....

If you said something like; "Did you know the reason our bodies get hungry is because there is a hunger fairy that strikes you without looking?", Then that would be a claim therefore the burden of proof would be on you to provide evidence as to why that is true.
I haven't read the link, like I said the next step in this kind of discussion would be to unpack the evidence to see how valid it is and if it substantiates your claim of "Ennis ducked Crawford".

That's a far different and far more complex than "Ennis ducked Crawford."Last edited by joseph5620; 02-13-2024, 06:42 PM.

Now you're making it opinion vs fact.
I never claimed that Ennis "ducked" Crawford. I dont use that term in this case, because I dont know that it was a "duck". Maybe he did duck him, maybe he didnt. I dont know. What I said was that on 2 occasions, offers were made to Ennis team to commence negotiations for a Crawford fight, and on both occasions, those overtures were rejected. That is what I said.
I dont use the term "duck", because I dont know the specifics of the conversation. Could have been a bad offer, or bad terms, could have been his team was going a different direction, there are a number of valid reasons one might pass on a fight. But usually one would at least enter negotiations to see what the numbers are. Ennis team did not do that, for whatever reason.
But Joesph is claiming that there never were any attempts to offer Ennis the Crawford fight, which is just factually incorrect.

When evidence is presented, the next step is to analyse is and see if it's valid and substantiates the claim. Then if it does, your claim is valid. If it doesn't, it's not.
For example if I was to claim Rid**** Bowe ducked Lennox Lewis, the burden of proof is on me to provide evidence to why that is true to which I can provide the date that he vacated his WBC belt publicly so he didn't have to fight him. That's it, cut and dry.
I don't know the details surrounding this, but if an offer was made to Ennis from Crawford's team and they were turned down like you claim then I'm sure there's sources for that.
