  • Name the fighters who avoided or who is avoiding Jaron "Boots" Ennis...

NSB keeps hearing this narrative. This is your chance to prove your case. Just identify such names on your list.

Thurman is called out by everybody, if you want that name. He also rejects everybody.

Keef Thurman. Maybe Blair Kobb, LOL. They said 17 fighters turned down fights with him. It would have been nice if they said the names. This dude is 5'10. 154 has some serious fire, it's 100 degrees up there but he wants to fight Haney, washed-up Thurman and 5'0'' Conner Benn

None, he's just another inactive American social media addict. Notice how these guys are being left out in the cold by the Saudis because they're (1) too small and (2) too boring.

List of 32 names Jaron "Boots" Ennis managed to secure:
        https://boxrec.com/en/box-pro/756515

We can only speculate on the manner in which he was able to secure those fights
and we wish there's someone here who knows how the matchmaking process works.

Maybe OnePunch Terry J. Trekas can help.

Blair Cobbs has been calling him out since time immemorial. You can't miss them. They're splashed on Youtube.

I had great doubts he would be paired with Benn even before the ped allegations. According to Benn, Jaron Ennis' dad upon hearing Benn mentioning his son's name he don't want Conor because he is not from Philly. Whatever that means.

We really don't know who does the matchmaking in Saudi Arabia. It must be someone, not a Saudi, who is knowledgeable in the overall landscape of the sport. So we can't be sure if one day one of these social media addicts would land a fight in that area. Saudi promoters would run out of names eventually as not everyone can fight 4x a year like Parker, and would be forced to scour every available inactive boxers.

With 32 fights on his record, it could even be stupid to say he's avoided. It might even smarter to say he's the most fought fighter in the division based on such rate. Stanionis only got 15 fights on his record. Vergil Ortiz is going after his 21st fight. Those looks to me more like the ones being avoided.

Obviously, normal folks don't get this being avoided narrative. You'd be confused about it when you find out the number of fights he's been in.

PBC's and Showtime's had the most stacked welterweight roster which has been lackluster as of late, ignoring that Crawford and Spence who have been highly inactive while retaining the belts.

Danny Garcia moved up fighting once these last 4 years.

Thurman has been highly inactive fighting once inside 5 years.

Shawn Porter retired relatively early. (nothing wrong with that.)

Ugas managed to get a belt and fight once a year after 2020.

Crowley just became a solid name in 2022-2023 (Having wins over Kudratillo Abdukakhorov, Joselito Lopez and Abel Ramos), however he said he was already contemplating retirement after he got a raw deal.

Then there is Eimantas Stanionis and Rhadzab Butaev, the former didn't get to fight in 2023 due to his fight with Vergil getting delayed too often and then canceled in the last minute. Butaev after his loss and becoming a free agent, has decided to move up to 154.

So who is there outside of Barrios, Ellis and Villa?
