Ngannou deserves a TON of credit for making Fury work, but I do not think it is crazy to say the only differences in the way Fury approached the Ngannou fight versus how Joshua will is that Fury took it not one bit seriously and Joshua will. I mean does ANYONE truly think if Fury rematched Ngannou immediately and trained for it with focus he wouldn't have schooled him? Does ANYONE truly think Ngannou actually beats any top 10 rated boxer out there who trains for him like a legit threat and not a sideshow? Again this is not an anti-Ngannou thing or even that much of a pro-Joshua thing. It is just a simple common sense observation. Ngannou is a man, a true warrior who I am very interested to see box again. But I have never seen such a rush to celebrate someone for a loss in my life.

Joshua wins this going away. So would Zhang. So would Sanchez. So would Hrgovic. So would Parker. So would_______. Fill in the blank. They are all boxers who have trained for this their whole life. Silly to think Joshua or any other serious boxer wouldn't beat a rookie who just hasn't.
    I don't know.

It seems clear Ngannou has boxed a lot before, and appears to have huge power. Let's see how it plays out.

Yeah, he really is that dumb and his fanboys are no smarter than him.

is it more likely that Joshua ducked to fight Andy Ruiz.

      OR

Wilder ducked Joshua to fight Fury?

The only upside to Fury coming in so heavy and embarrassing the sport is that Joshua will know to actually take the fight seriously. I think Joshua makes this fight very one sided.

Wilder said it himself, you ****ing scumbag..

He ducked AJ to fight a fat, out of shape Fury coming back after a mental breakdown and a 2 year coke and booze binge. Classic cherry pick gone wrong!

I don't think Joshua needed Fury to show him the pitfalls of not training. Joshua is a dedicated professional. You can't knock his physical preparation.

So what's this theory you been detecting on a fight by fight basis for over a year now ?

Yes. There are only like 1000 active pro HWs on the planet. Combat sports have small talent pools, especially at HW, with a lot of fighters being people who started late compared to athletes in most other sports. Thats why transitioning between different combat sports is relatively common. Plus the MMA guys are training boxing, with boxing coaches, and sparring with boxers etc fairly commonly as part of their own sport. Not to mention with the amount of cherry picking, padding and ducking in boxing its often not easy to tell how good someone really is. Most recent case in point being Makhmudov who was marketed as a monster for years. So yeah, I dont think its outrageous to believe Ngannou could potentially beat Agit Kabayel or some 40 year old Chinese guy or even the guy who got demolished by a little fat Mexican and last year looked underwhelming against an old Finnish guy who was once gifted a hometown decision over an MMA fighter.

AJ can take a shot and has been down probably equal to Fury BUT AJ lacks the grit Fury has. If Ngannou hurts AJ, especially early, AJ goes into his shell.
