if haney is 165 fight night fighting at 140 then hes almost certainly heavier on the night than bud crawford is, why not get a lock on FOTY and smack him around the place, now that would be impressive, thats why we really need fight night weights to properly compare guys in the ring, its badly needed as standard

Inoue moved up in weight and not only defeated, but dominated and kayoed two unified belt holders back to back. No tune-ups.
Crawford is runner up. Spence win was huge, but Bud's only fight in 2023.
Haney third. Loma win was razor close, and Prograis is a limited guy.

Lomachenko beat Haney and it wasn’t even close. It was not a close fight. It was an easy fight to score for Loma. It was like 9-3, i’d have to go back and check my scorecards but it wasn’t close. No way Haney should win FOTY.

Haney has legit wins over Lomachenko and Prograis despite the claims of robbery, which it just wasn't.

Inoue has two very good wins but in much more clear fashion.

Definitely doesn’t as Fulton wasn’t a Pound for Pounder, Spence presented more threat and cleaned out 147. I don’t agree with Haney being fighter of the year over Bud but I don’t agree Inoue deserves it either.

He didn't clean anything out, he avoided Crawford for years then got destroyed by him when they finally fought lol

Fulton's not mid level that's just silly, he's a top fighter. Tapales is good aswell, legit world champion.

Inoue's obviously atleast in the dicussion for FOTY, it would be silly to suggest otherwise.
