I actually am going to have a small bet because the odds are too generous.

I give Parker, a 1/4 or maybe 1/3 chance, I think he has more than a punchers chance, yet the odds are like 10/1.

Wilders fought one round vs his friend in 2 years and his two fights before that he took brutal sustained beatings and got ko'd.

We know Parker is still a decent top 15 type guy, we have no idea where Wilder is at.

I expect Wilder to win but if Parker wins it wouldn't shock me at all.

Most boxers retire before the age of 35. Parker will be 32 in January 9th (if you want to send him a gift). He's had almost 40 fights, he's made good money, but he wants a cushion, thus this fight, which in don't think he would have taken if he had wanted to stretch out his career, because his value will definitely go down once he gets KOed. He'll probably close out his career with a home fight agains poor opposition to say goodbye to the sport. Don't let fanaticism get in the way of reason.

Everyone's value goes down after being knocked out - that's a given. But by that logic, everyone would duck risk. Sometimes, a fight comes together that just makes sense, and this is one of them. Parker isn't going to get back into title contention without taking a risk - he's spoken at length about wanting to be a world champion again, so that's what he's doing. You're basically trying to say that everything Parker has spoken about, is the opposite of what he actually intends to do.

You may be guessing right, but you won't be here admitting if you guess wrong.

Parker only needs to survive the full 12 rounds, and push Wilder 'This will improve his reputation and resume in my opinion'.

When Parker fought Joyce, it was one of his best performances ever 'Possibly against a peak Joe Joyce. And I have theorized that since that fight, Joyce was more damaged than people first perceived in the aftermath';.

Parker is one of the more solid punchers in the Heavyweights Division, and he landed pretty much 95% of all of his biggest punchers on Joyce.

Parker during his career, much like Joshua 'Has suffered no real bad loses'.

Everyone knows this on the sly when it comes to Joshua 'Fury even though he is undefeated, has had more bad performances than Joshua. Ngannou vs Fury, overall has had a more negative impact on Fury's resume, than Ruiz Junior vs Joshua I did on Joshua's resume 'Joshua decked Ruiz Junior, who was and is still even now a top level boxer'.

Neither Joshua or Parker have been blasted out, or completely dominated by any opponent that has ever fought them 'And in Joshua's case he has never legitimately been knocked out'.

Note: There seems to be a market there for Parker in the Heavyweight Division for now, if there was not? He would not of landed this fight 'This is the biggest fight outside of the Joshua fight, in Parker's career. And Parker has been given this opportunity, after losing his last big fight vs Joyce'.

Everyone is expecting Parker to be blasted out, many people I would say? Who don't really analyse boxing, and fighters 'Believe that this fight is a complete miss-match, but in reality? People that analyse boxing and fighters, know that theoretically Parker has the ability to take this fight off its intended script.

I would agree that, true Parker is a former World Champion 'And what strikes me about Parker, is that he seems content with his achievements'. Other fighters that have been World Champions, might of not fought Joyce and then Wilder 'Because they would be very conscious of the jeopardy involved in those fights' I don't think Parker is operating with that same kind reasoning at this stage of his career.

I don't think this is a negative for Parker, and I believe this attitude has helped him stay in the game 'And just fight at whatever level'.

This is the second fight now, which Parker has taken 'A fight which can be described as boss fight. I don't sense that Parker is that bothered about World titles, but he is game for big fights' etc.

This fight makes sense for Parker because it makes him a ****load of money. For the rest, if I'm wrong, won't have any problem admitting it. Will you?
