He fought differently based on his opponents skills/styles (he still does that).
Thisg is Hopkisn would conter Joe with 5 punch combos as opposed to one at a time. he would also Probably back Calzaghe up late in the fight, and you think he would let his foot off the gas after dropping him?

Street that is the problem with boxingscene. People only know B-Hop after Tito.

Trinidad and beyond is when i noticed he changed his style. My point is he'd have to fight the same way to beat Joe.

People should watch B-Hop vs. Johnson, insane stamina and activity.

Hopkins defense was just a sgood back then. he would seek and destroy and not get hit in the process.

Perfect example of someone who never watched a prime Hopkins.

LOL @ Hopkins changing his style with Trinidad. It was that style that led so many people to pick him to win in the first place! Well then again, those people had actually watched Hopkins fight before.

Please with the volume of punches Calzaghe has thrown his entire career, you are not throwing 5 punches at him unanswered, the volume coming back will stop you. You kinda have to potshot and move/clinch to be effeective against Calzaghe because if you trade he's going to hit you more than you hit him.

he's made an entire career of doing that.

So you're saying the hopkins that fought Trinidad would beat Calazaghe?
