calzaghe beat 7 top 10(ring) ranked fighters
ward beat 6 top 10(ring) ranked figthers
canelo beat 5 top 10(ring) ranked fighters

and as far as quality ill take ward and calzaghe's best wins over canelo's which seem to be plant and callum smith coming off a robbery win which inflated his ranking. none of canelo's opponents are close to a kessler or froch.

        Billy Joe Saunders
        Caleb Plant

        David Benavidez

Undefeated and no one would have a better resume at 168 than this
He lost to Golovkin twice. Vegas robbed Golovkin. I think that really hurts his claim to be a top 20 let alone the very best.

those were at 160 though. the third was at 168 and its laughable that anyone would include that as part of his resume to make him look good. unranked 40 year old moving up in weight as a positive?

Oh okay. I see what he’s saying. It’s just 168. Yeah. Good point.

Dont know about all time but he's damn good. I think Ward, Calzakhe, Jones Jr, Toney, Hopkins are above him.

Hopkins? He never had a fight at 168 so that would be difficult.

How could you possibly rank Toney ahead of him?

It wasnt in a particular order. As far as ranking him above Canelo, he was a great 160 and 175. Its not a stretch saying he could whip canelo at 168. Hopkins was a freak of nature. I can only say that about RJJ and Calzaghe not Canelo. Got whipped buy an OLD Mayweather and OLD GGG.

Ok but Hopkins has never fought at 168 so how could you possibly rank him ahead of Canelo at 168?

Second point, again makes no sense. If that’s the standard for “whipped” then Hopkins got whipped twice by Jermain Taylor, amongst others.
