I'm not him but Nery certainly was a disgrace to boxing especially given the circumstances.

He showed up to a title match as a challenger and won but popped positive on banned substance and was ordered an immediate rematch, then showed up to the rematch that was supposed to be at 118 weighing FIVE lbs over at 123, which is not one but two divisions above.

There is a reason he got banned for life from boxing in Japan.
