In a perfect world with sanctioning bodies that are not corrupted to its heart, Jose would either get to choose between:
1) Agree to take the fight but get 100 share of the purse meaning Jermall will fight for free.
2) Refuse to fight but still get the money that was agreed upon, while Jermall pays an extra fine on top of giving up what he was supposed to receive to the entity.

I think we're beyond lacking discipline. This is 100% disrespect. He doesn't give a **** about both Benavidez brothers, and he's essentially daring Jose to pull out. How does he weigh HEAVIER the 2nd time?

You're right he knew as did DB's Father Jose Sr, he mentioned at the PC on Wednesday that Charlo looked big and he was worried about him making weight. He was right.
