For me it's different with Charlo because he was holding the 160 belt hostage for years not fighting. Then he can't even put the title on the line while bringing up a one legged welterweight and has to have a catchweight. Then he couldn't even make his own catchweight. Then he couldn't even stop his cherry pick. That's very different in my book. I think it's unprofessional to lose your belt on the scales, but he couldn't even be bothered to put the belt on the line in the first place.
