What is there to complain about in Joshua fighting Otto Wallin and maybe down the line Hrgovic, rather than I dunno...Wilder and Fury? gee nothing I guess.Comment

I am not sure why people have a fixation on Wilder vs Joshua.
1: It is not a title fight.
2: And it is not some sort of Gatti vs Ward. But the media seem to be incessantly focused on trying to make out, that the actual match up is deeply passionately rivalry.
Anthony Joshua's main goal is to fight for another World title, so really? Pursuing that path is better career guidance and match making for Joshua.
Fight for a World title, try and win a World title 'Then fight Deontay Wilder, Tyson Fury or Oleksandr Usyk III'.
Note: Overall the match up between Wilder and Joshua is overrated, I don't see any passion between the two fighters. Even stylistically I think the fight is overrated etc.Comment

The guy is 34 years old now as well, Wilder is 38, Fury is 35, Usyk is 36. They're all nearing the end of their careers and honestly already past their prime. Theres no time for BS.Comment

Wilder in his last real top level fight, was ****** out by Fury who is not a monster puncher 'Joshua in comparison fought in two back to back competitive fights vs Usyk'.
I just think the match up is overrated, no passion, no story, no theme 'Nothing intriguing about the match up'.
Why are people acting as if it is some sort of Gatti vs Ward match up? It is just a business opportunity, between two former World Champions.
Ruiz Junior vs Joshua III, Joshua vs Uysk III, maybe even Joshua vs Fury, Zhang vs Fury 'These are all more interesting fights'.
Note: There is no passionate rivalry between Joshua vs Wilder, it is all made up by certain sections of the media 'Stylistically I also think it is completely overrated fight' etc.

I'm of the opposite opinion. I think Joshua fears Wilder and if they ever fight Wilder wins by KOComment

I'd like to see Wilder vs Joshua, of course but Joshua vs Wallin is an excellent fight as well, with an uncertain outcome. Joshua (or Wallin) vs Hrgovic is an excellent fight as well.
Wilder/Joshua, at this point, isn't what it would have been when these two were riding high. Not that big of a deal,Comment

Wallin is doing right steps. even if he loses to Joshua, he has 2 losses, one against Fury and one against Joshua, he can go back fighting Gassiev level opponents.
If he wins, i believe he will, he becomes a big player in division.Comment
