Now that Ennis has a bit of leverage with the IBF belt, he is implicitly a target. If no one steps to him and mandatories decline their opportunities, then he can make the claim of being avoided. I do suspect he's been avoided up to now, but this will become clear if he offers to go to England to fight Benn and Benn also loses his pen.
