Remember after a career best performance and breakdown Joshua didn't want the Fury fight soon after .People understood after all the smokescreens and the 'we are going a different route ' excuses .Fury is not going a 'different route' the contracts are signed , he just wants to recuperate for an extra 6-8 weeks after a surprisingly difficult night . Didn't Joshua agree to the fight even though it was short notice? I don't remember him saying he wouldn't fight because he needed to recuperate.

No they said he was 'going a different route' ..It's understandable to want to be in the best possible shape and condition as Usyk says he wants him but Fury mouth got him in trouble, he and no-one saw the huge task in front of him. He should have kept it shut in retrospect.
