It's not really that clear cut anymore since he already beat Usyk but got robbed by a crooked referee. If he'd lost to Usyk legitimately then I'd agree, but the reality is he beat a champion exactly according to his game plan (a body shot ko within 6 rounds) but he was robbed of the victory.
You keep saying that same ****** thing.
I know for a fact that Dubois chose not to beat the count after being knocked down by a jab. I do not know, nor does anyone else other than maybe Usyk, if he could have beaten the count if there had been one.

There is no way Usyk beats the count. It's wishful thinking to believe so. While there is a small element of doubt which you could postulate upon, the reality is that he was severely hurt by the body shot and he even crawled away from Dubois on his hands and knees after it landed. He didn't grab his balls like he was injured in that region. We all saw what happened and how he reacted. That was a hell of a body shot and he folded. Martin Bakole knocked him out in sparring too, apparently with a body shot.
Dubois later got knocked out by Usyk because he gassed more than anything else. He'd already won the fight by knocking his opponent out within his 6 round window of opportunity but the opponent was given time to recover from that punch while Dubois adrenaline was being drained from the delay in waiting. History will look back on that fight as an egregious robbery.
So many ignorant takes here. It's not beltline, it's waistline defined by below the belly button, because belts can ride up when struck from below, or shorts can be worn high or low. If any part of the fist strays below that line, it's a low blow. Usyk dominated every other second of that fight, and then stopped the quitter with a jab. Saying Dubois won that fight is nothing more than hater mentality.
I finally watched the fight, and Fury didn't dominate any second of the fight vs Ngannou. The best I was realistically able to give him was a draw, and if you subtract a point or two for his blatant illegal elbow, he loses on a wide margin. If Ngannou had landed the elbow, you can be assured he'd have been penalized. Ngannou landed more power shots than Fury, did all the damage, etc. The only category that Fury won was flick jabs, which didn't do damage, and many of those were landed in only a couple rounds, which doesn't really help the argument that he won rounds on them. One of his best rounds, round 2, Ngannou opened a cut on him with a punch, so there's a reasonable argument that Ngannou did the damage in that round, since although Fury technically landed more scoring punches, he didn't do any damage. Ngannou won 3, 4, 7, 8 clear, with a 10-8 in 3. I gave him 5 also, although that was a close round. Fury won 1 clear, and I gave him 6, 9 and 10 as well, along with the aforementioned 2. The fact that it was that close against a debutante is a disgrace for Fury. Nobody thought that "Ngannou on points" was a reasonable option.

His adrenaline was being drained from the delay? At least you are amusing, that's worth something

You must know more than Shawn Porter then on what a low blow is

Being a boxer doesn't mean you know the rules. There's still a ton of great boxers who think that judges SHOULD give all close rounds to the champ no matter what, because "to be the champ you have to beat the champ." I think Lennox Lewis just said you have to KO the champ to win. That's clearly BS. What that saying actually means is that the champ retains in the event of a tie. But there are tons of champs who won on the strength of a controversial split as a challenger, Leonard v Hearns being one famous example. It's a widely believed falsehood that has no basis in fact. Ditto the concept of low blows being defined by a beltline, when in fact it has nothing to do with it.
I suppose you think Russ Anber is wrong too, because he doesn't agree with the all-knowing Shawn Porter?
Teofimo Lopez thought he could still have lightweight belts up for grabs in a catchweight fight contested above the lightweight limit.
Etc. Tons of ****** takes even from famous boxers.
Both Fury and Usyk lost their last fights but were gifted wins by the officials. Usyk got a fight-saving gift from the referee, and Fury got a fight-saving gift from the judges.
So all the heavyweight titles should have changed hands again this year and at the moment the real heavyweight champions are Daniel Dubois and Francis Ngannou. So who wins a 12 round title fight between them for the real Undisputed crown?
Dubois lost his WBA mando spot to Kevin Lerena because of the 3 knockdowns in a round and you're out rule. So his fight with Usyk never actually happened.
