Deontay Wilder has now challenged Anthony Joshua Directly.

Get the negotiators out of the way.

“Another thing I want to address is a fight that everyone is looking forward to and hopefully happens. I’m doing everything in my power to make it happen – I’m referring to the Anthony Joshua fight.

So Anthony – you’re hearing it from my mouth – I’m here, I’m ready, I’m ready to go. I heard some things your promoter said that my last fight only lasted a short period of time and I ain’t fought in a year and he don’t know if I want to fight or not. I’m letting you know right now, right here, I’m ready to fight man.”

“Get in that ring. Let’s make this the best time of our lives. This would be a major disaster if we were never able to get in the ring and put our stamp down in history, bro. When people think about classics and great fights, I want them to think about us.

The silliest thing I’ve heard is people saying you not ready. I think you’re ready, I hope you’re ready, so let’s make this happen … I look forward to seeing your response bro, I talk to you soon. Love, peace, God bless.”

I guess the question now is, will A.J. fight or flight?

      What am I still missing?

Didn't the Saudis back out of the deal? Mr. Eddie Hearn tried. The Saudi promoters said not now. So why are you people always keep making it as if the other guy doesn't want it? Can't you be reasonable just for one minute of your lives and act like grown ups?

I think it's pretty clear both fighters want the fight.

To be perfectly honest, I think most fighters want fights.

But this fight in particular, right now, it's pretty clear they want it, their promoters want it, and they just need to figure out who pays and how much.

Agree. If the Saudis want another blockbuster after Fury - Ngannou and Fury - Usyk, this would be the one. By far the event most likely to entertain. Can it get done within this Riyadh Season? Can't say. A lot depends on nailing the December date for Fury - Usyk.

This fight can happen anytime, but it is not worth the money both guys are expecting.

Another blame game from a poster in his 70's still behaving like a teen girl crying because her boyfriend left her pregnant.
What a effing garbage this world has turned into.

If it happens at all, I can't see December for Fury v Usyk.

I guess that is the question now .... for people who are too dumb to understand that pro boxers fight for MONEY.

For sensible people, the question now is ... who is going to find a way to pay AJ and Wilder the kind of money they want to fight each other?

My guess is that the answer to that question will turn out to be Eddie Hearn.

Unless Sheik Turki rubs his magic lamp again ...

This fight is needed to see what the pecking order is for the top 4 heavyweights, they've all got to dance with each other.
But reality is Josh and wilder aren't necessarily top 4
