He was ranked top 3 last year. Why did he move up? Cuz nobody in the WW division wanted to fight him. That is why the Ring did not have their belt on the line for the Margarito-Shane fight. Cuz they felt Margarito had unfinished business with Paul. Even tho Paul was not ranked at WW. But, I do understand what you are trying to say and your argument that u making. But, IMO Paul was forced out of the WW division cuz nobody wanted to fight him. I am not saying Paul is the best neither he needs to prove it by fighting Shane, Floyd, Cotto, and Clottey. But, how do we know who is the best if they refuse to fight each other?

Because it doesn't change the fact that they are in reality smaller guys than him even if they can get their bodies to read the same measurement on the scale for a few seconds.
