Unfortunately 130 is that in between weight divisions that is a bit too heavy to be a realistic opponent candidate for Inoue pay day, but a bit too light for the Tank payday so at least Shakur might give him the next best pay day.

Right now out of the lower weight divisions I actually like 126 the most (followed by 115), as it has some good young champions and other potential sweet fights possible.
122 is a matter of time before being undisputed and cleaned out, and 118 is a post-Inoue left over division unless Junto Nakatani decides to jump up from 115.

He beat everyone Shakur has beaten. What's Shakur's best win? Valdez.

So per your logic, Shakur has to step up.

Navarrete is the complete opposite, his reach and off-rhythm hard punching will give Stevenson hell.
You can disagree all you want, put your money where your mouth is, I would bet 30K on Stevenson easy!

I see another Mayweather vs Corrales but not as many knockdowns. Stevenson will need 2 or 3 rounds to tune into Navarrete's awkwardness and timing, then slowly surge forward to a clear decision.

Why is Shakur Stevenson listed as 5 feet 8 inches in height on Wikipedia?

Do you believe he's the same height as Terence Crawford?

The only undeniable advantage Stevenson has is his weight. He is a prodigious dehydrator, bulking up wildly the following day and seemingly outweighing his opponents by a big margin. And here we are again talking about fighting a much smaller guy than him. If Navarrete had the size, hands down he beats the cr@p out of Stevenson, no doubt about it.

Stevenson would make Navarrete look like a fool swinging at air, with his long looping punches.
Stevenson will make Navarrete miss, and he'll make him pay, over and over again for the duration of the fight.
IQ and speed, over power and volume, it will turn into a boxing lesson, once Stevenson gets figures out Navarrete's timing.

Shakur didn't stop Valdez or Conceicao, I don't know wtf u mean by his last 4 opponents.
He dropped or stopped his last 4 opponents.. as I said lol, that power is coming through. Navarette will struggle against Conceicao anyway

Jesus Christ. Shakur started at 122. Doesn’t matter what he got to, he was a weight bully at 126 (Navarette) and just missed weight on first attempt at 130 against Valdez, where he was huge.
                      Sure… he’s too small for 135 LOL.
