Thanks to JonDelPrado for being the one who spells "Navarrete" correctly. Even the article writer got it wrong.

"Navarette" and "Pacquaio" must be the most reiterated misspellings in the sport's history, I believe.

Hardcore fans don't put other boxers down and say they are ducking. Navarette is a 3 divisional champ. He wanted Shakur, but Shakur gave the excuse that Navarette overprice himself. Navarette has never over price with anyone. How the *** is Navarette going to forsee the future that Shakur wasn't going to make weight. Im assuming u KNEW he was going to miss weight before Shakur fought Conceicao.

Navarette is a very difficult fighter. He is off beat and throws punches from odd angles. It has worked for him very well.

Navarrete is way too small, didn’t he just get to 130

More destructive fashion doesn’t really mean anything lol. except it was probably more visually pleasing. like I told you before.. expand your level of thinking.

Navarette vs Gonzalez was a war. Shakur 12-0’d Gonzalez & didn’t break a sweat. Navarette got dropped and nearly stopped by a 9/1 underdog with 7 KO’s earlier this year. He’ll have much more problems with Conceicao than Shakur did.

When Navarette decides to move up into his natural weight class at 135, he probably get’s stopped by Shakur - his power looks more settled as he’s grown. Stevenson has dropped or stopped all of his last 4 opponents.

If Navarette’s power is truly ferocious & Shakur is just a feather-fisted fighter he would’ve knocked down or stopped Valdez. And he’ll stop or knockdown Conceiao right? let’s see

Nah. He’s huge. Earlier this year at the weigh in for the Liam Wilson fight - Wilson said the scales got tampered with to help Navarette make weight and that he. Timothy Bradley even gave him some nutritionist advice to keep his weight down outside of camp.

I don’t think he’s giving Stevenson hell - SS’s measure of distance & his timing, speed + reflexes are all thing’s I think Navarette wouldn’t be able to compete with. But I’m intrigued to hear how you believe he would?

You mean he was tripped by Liam and hit when Navarettes hand was touching the floor. Don't be blind my man, look at the video. Don't be shocked when the fight Happens.

Shakur didn't stop Valdez or Conceicao, I don't know wtf u mean by his last 4 opponents.

So let me get you straight. So feather fisted is your compliment to Stevenson and not meant to put down another boxer? You need to raise your level of intelligence. Stop the double talk man. Honestly speaking I'm only putting you down for using idiot terminology. Navarette as good as he appears to be is a multi world champ who is not fcking with former 2 class about to be 3 class world champ, (whatever you think his fists are) Shakur Stevenson.

What....dude just got to 130, started at 118. Stevenson is at 135, and is going to continue to 140 and end up at 147. He's too small for Shakur.
